Harrington Park Press Provides Practical Guide to LGBTQ 

Peer Review Journals

New York -   Harrington Park Press has been re-launched by 

its founder, Bill Cohen, as the only independent scholarly 

book publisher.  Its titles are distributed internationally by 

Columbia University Press.



The HPP website provides a number of research tools for 

scholars/academics.


Amongst these is a catalog of peer review research journals 

devoted to LGBTQ empirical and archival research.

The coverage includes gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, 

queer studies journals covering the range of disciplines of 

psychology, sociology, psychiatry, social work, counseling, 

public health social policy, history, education, law, and 

interdisciplinary studies.

Suggestions for additional titles are welcome, particularly

those outside the United States/Europe, and foreign 

language journals in LGBTQ studies.
